Alfons Håkans’ policy is to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all of our employees and to minimize the impact of our actions on the environment.

Our integrated HSEQ practices in all our business activities promote high quality service solutions for our clients and improves our environmental performance.

We meet or exceed all the National and International HSEQ requirements and we use our own standards to protect health, safety and the environment in case laws and regulations do not provide necessary protection.

Our HSEQ policy and programs are available for all our employees and by conducting monthly management reviews, internal and external audits we are able to ensure that all our employees understand their roles and responsibilities in fulfilling Alfons Håkans’ HSEQ management system and policy.

We believe that all work-related injuries and health hazards can be prevented. Continuous risk assessment systems are in use in all our workplaces and our employees are provided with training, know-how and tools to perform their work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

We assess and continually improve our HSEQ management system in order to achieve high quality performance for our clients by setting targets for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality issues.
